My Mission

Erotic Dance Yoga is committed to empowering women by teaching and eliciting respect, love and care for the sacredness of the female body regardless of age, shape, size, or ethnic background. This goal is materialized through a unique and integrative workshop that fuses yoga, erotic dance, and tantra all within a container of safety and connection to other women.

The Workshop

The workshop entitled “Celebrate the Sacred Feminine through Erotic Dance Yoga” seamlessly merges the physical postures of yoga with the art of erotic dance and the enlightened sexual practice of tantra. It offers a safe and sacred environment for women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and religious or ethnic backgrounds to bond with one another while exploring the essence of living in a female body. The workshop offers women the rare opportunity to develop and deepen a connection to the power of their innate sensual feminine energy. Participants leave feeling vibrantly alive, beautiful, and sexy regardless of physical appearance.
